First of all we want to transform a lot of businesses, and this is how we envision it.
Many agencies work in a traditional way, an outdated way in my opinion. Charging top $$ and looking to hold
on to a client for ever. While with a good setup that is not needed anymore.
For new clients we’re NOT charging a ‘90 day sprint’ fee. In the sprint we (1) do our magic + we (2)
implement client specific scripts, rules and direct over (Google Ads API) & different workflow automations.
When we’re done, we’re done. Well, at least with building and automating.
They only pay for redesign, development and sometimes some (custom) apps. Most of the time they are
literally paying around 1.500 - 2.000 EUR these months to get a shop that converts really well.
This fee will be cheaper compared to other agencies because we’ve taken the time to automate everything in
the PPC campaigns. If clients want to look ‘outside’ of Google Ads or Meta, we have a plan where we build
custom (AI) products + do growth marketing.
The future of PPC (Google Ads & Social) and Ecommerce lies in growth marketing strategies. Not anymore the
time that you say “X hours per month for Google Ads, X hours per month for Meta, etc”..
I believe in helping businesses become less dependent on agencies with great products and marketing. Our
current customers are on an ‘in between plan’ . We're actively automating their accounts in the time we have
next to the regular work. If we succeed we can change the fee structure too.
That will change the game. If we have built something already, we don’t charge clients with it anymore.
Stefano assured me that, if we were doing what we’re planning on doing, being successful is part of the job.
I've realized that success isn't a bad thing - it's okay to grow the company because revenue allows us to
change the industry, and good profit helps us build many more great products. The more we grow, the more our
clients’ businesses will grow.
